Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are now required for all sale and rental properties. EPCs need to be ordered before marketing can take place and will be need to be obtained within 28 days.

Our online ordering is very quick and simple to use. You are able to view all completed and outstanding EPC orders, and download the EPCs as and when needed.

Commission

Our online ordering system allows you to mark-up our trade prices. We take full payment from the client, and pay you back your mark-up at the end of each month.
