We aim to complete the EPC within 5 days of receiving an instruction. You can track the progress of your HIP Order in real time using our HIP Tracker.

Ease of Use

Our online ordering is very quick and simple to use. You are able to view all completed and outstanding HIP orders, and download the HIPs and EPCs as and when needed.

Commission

Our online ordering system allows you to mark-up our trade prices. We take full payment from the client, and pay you back your mark-up at the end of each month.

Insurance and Compliance

We are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board, and adhere to the HIP Code. We carry £2 million Professional Indemnity insurance.
