HIPs suspended on 21st May 2010

The government have announced that HIPs are no longer legally required for any properties marketed on or after 21st May 2010. Properties marketed before this date will still be expected to have a HIP.

Energy Performance Certificates

EPCs are still required. These need to be commissioned before marketing can take place and will be need to be obtained within 28 days.
